new arrivals and disasters

We finally have new arrivals in the fish tank - a group of cardinal tetras, amano and orange shrimp and finally I believe it's a pair of Electric Blue Ram Cichlids. All are doing well though the Rams seem to enjoy harassing the orange shrimp... I also installed a little DIY surface skimmer yesterday - it seems to work ok though I had a complete disaster when emptying my chiller - didn't really think it through and had water running all over the floor! Got it cleaned up and after (a LOT) of tweaking the skimmer is hooked up to the chiller... the pressure going through the chiller is significantly lower than before though. I will have to do something thinking in order to help it along.
