A Month of Stability in the Tank!

It's been a good month now and no fish ich, no fungus, no deaths - nothing but seemingly happy (and growing!!) fish. I've added a few extra plants here and there too, but otherwise it has been about the fish.
I've added a few new members including 4 new young Boesemani Rainbows, a couple of Sterbai Corys, Celestial Pearl Danios and some Praecox Rainbows. Finally the tank looks like it's alive - the rainbows seem to shoal quite well together here and there, the Pearl Gourami still seems like the boss, the Neon is happily mooching around while the Siamese Algae Eaters appear to be growing wildly! I didn't realise they can grow up to 6 inches... they're already around half that!
I want to add some Kuhli Loaches too, but I realise now that the bioload is pretty high. I did a check of the chemistry today after the last change around 5 days ago and everything seems perfectly fine - the nitrates have arisen a tiny bit faster than before but that's to be expected with everyone happily swimming around in there.
I added a video to show everyone off... I did speak but it seems a tad soft - see if you can spot the Green Spot algae coming in and you'll notice as well as the DIY Surface Skimmer has gone - we all got sick of the ridiculous noise it was creating...
Will check levels and everything in a couple of weeks... might just be naughty and get the loaches anyway though my Mrs has threatened to kill anything snake/eel like!
